Q: I represent a management company, how do I sign up?
A:
If your company is not already in our system, you can
click on the register link at the top right-hand corner
of every page or click here.
If your company is already signed up, then click here to
find your company, and contact the communities
administrator for your login information.
Q: I am a resident, how do I sign up?
A:
Click the "browse communities" link at the top right
hand corner of every page or
click here, then
locate your building in the list presented to you.
On this page you will also be able to search by criteria
to locate your building portal. Once you have
located your portal, there will be a register link
provided.
Q: What happens when my company loses a contract,
and the building changes hands?
A:
The building may be transferred to the new management
company in the control panel.
Q: What happens if we don't want to use your
service anymore?
A:
We can provide you with all of your data in electronic
format to pass on to your new provider.
